INTERIORS GALLERY - ARYANA RUG - from

A stunning Aryana rug. Made from the finest hand-spun, vegetable-dyed wool, they are from a very limited production by Qashquli weavers members of one of the Qashqai tribes of the Fars Province in Southern Iran.
Woven from locally sourced wool derived from the Karakul sheep. The wool is gently washed with water and soap, then hand spun and dyed using natural colourants from plants, berries and madder root.
Extremely rare and beautiful rugs.
